- All orders placed on the Carnavali.gr website will be prepared subject to payment confirmation.

- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, unless otherwise stated on this page. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

- We advise you to check that your delivery address details (street number, street name, postal code, and contact telephone number) are valid and complete to avoid problems and/or delays in delivery.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are €4.50.
Cash on delivery costs are €3.00.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. You will be notified by email about the progress of your order.

Order Delays


carnavali.gr is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your orders that are not attributable to it or constitute force majeure, such as road network problems, severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.

How to track my order: you will receive an email regarding the progress of your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email regarding the shipping method (courier company or transport agency for large items).

Defective Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is found to be defective (manufacturing defect). In this case, we offer you:

1. replacement with the same product

2. purchase of products of equal value

3. refund

Product replacement


Any replacement must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase, with the proof of purchase accompanying the product. In addition, products to be exchanged must be returned intact, in their packaging, without having been opened or assembled, and the products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value. The customer has the right to request more information before the product is shipped or to view it via video (e.g., Viber) before it is packaged.

Return

The refund policy applies in the following cases:

The product must be in its original packaging as received by the customer.
The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have been damaged or otherwise defective.
The customer must contact the store by phone at 6943228064 or by email at info@carnavali.gr within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products.
The product must be accompanied by the relevant documents that the customer received upon delivery (receipt, invoice).
Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product by us, by deposit into the bank account indicated by the customer.
Carnavali.gr bears no responsibility in the event of loss or damage during the transport of the parcel.
